Difference between online AOI and offline AOI

Online AOI is an optical detector that can be placed on the SMT line and used with other equipment on the SMT line at the same time. The rhythm is the same as that of other equipment on the production line. It can be placed in different positions of the production line according to the different testing purposes.

The off-line AOI is an optical detector that cannot be used together with the SMT line, but can be placed in other locations to test PCB boards on the SMT line.

The main differences between online AOI and offline AOI are as follows:
